INTRODUCTION
The transformation in the employee performances is an important aspect that
must be taken into consideration by the companies for the attainment of the
organizational goals in an effective and and efficient manner. This could be in
regards to the lowering of stress among-st the employees, motivation of the
workforce through certified techniques and managing the teams in an appropriate
and considerable manner (Dadd and Hinton, 2022). This report deals with the
aspects that can taken into consideration for the enhancement in the organizational
performances and will also highlight the significance of the well-being of the
personnel for the improvement in their respective performances. The company for
which the analysis will be conducted is Crystal Travel, and the scrutiny of the above
mentioned dimensions will thereby help them to influentially improve the level of
performances of their employees.

promotion of higher retention rates in the company, enhanced performance of the

performance management software can help the peers to address their respective
feedbacks towards the managers.
