INTRODUCTION
The transformation in the employee performances is an important aspect that
must be taken into consideration by the companies for the attainment of the
organizational goals in an effective and and efficient manner. This could be in
regards to the lowering of stress among-st the employees, motivation of the
workforce through certified techniques and managing the teams in an appropriate
and considerable manner (Dadd and Hinton, 2022). This report deals with the
aspects that can taken into consideration for the enhancement in the organizational
performances and will also highlight the significance of the well-being of the
personnel for the improvement in their respective performances. The company for
which the analysis will be conducted is Crystal Travel, and the scrutiny of the above
mentioned dimensions will thereby help them to influentially improve the level of
performances of their employees.
What tools and techniques will help improve organizational
performance?
The enhancement of the positioning of a firm is dependable upon the
engagement and the performances of the employees. The incorporation of varied
techniques in order to make a significant difference in the management of the
company is thereby necessary for the effectual augmentation of operations in the
company. Crystal Travel, can take help of certain approaches that will help in the
evolvement of the management and accomplish the goals in the predetermined
manner.
Supervision of the performances – The check overs upon the functioning of the
workforce is imperative for the maintenance of the level of efficacy in the
management. The performing standards of the employees must be supervised in a
deliberative manner in order to identify the loopholes and suggest them the best way
to perform the particular task (Delle Donne and et. al., 2022). This will help in the
promotion of employee engagement thereby.
Implementation of SMART goals The goals must be set in a Specific,
Measurable, Attainable, Relevant manner in accordance to the Targets of the
