Topic: “To investigate the importaces of innovation and leadership in improving
organizational perfomance. A case study on Hilton hotel.
Introduction
Innovation and leadership play a significant role within the company because it
provides a path on which business can operate their activities in an effective manner. In this,
innovation is consider as an important activity for doing something different and innovative .
Using innovation within the organizational activities is help in saving time, money and other
sources that provide competitive edge over their competitors (Donate and de Pablo, 2015).
For attaining the same, proper leadership is also crucial because without guidance employees
can not be able to implement innovative ways to accomplishing their targets. With the help of
this, company can easily establish their competitive advantage and also attain higher success
as well. Current research is based on Hilton hotel, which is global brand of full-service hotel
and resort. Company operate their business at global level for attaining success at market
place.
Research objectives:
 To determine the impact of innovation on organizational leadership.
 To assess the importance of innovation and leadership in enhancing the organizational
growth.
 To identify the challenges faced by company due to implementing innovation within
the operational activities of business.

 What is the influence of innovation on the organizational leadership?

Rationale of research project
The main purpose of undertaking current research activities is to explore the
importance of innovation and leadership for business management. The major effectiveness

of this research topic is that it also helps business organization in increasing overall
profitability level of the company (Schoemaker, Heaton and Teece, 2018). Innovation is an
effective ways to expand their business activities beacuse it assist in attaining competitive
success at market place. In addition of this, it is also help investigator in enhancing their skills
and knowledge that provide support in taking right decision.

Innovation is one of the important process that provide a path in which company
operate their business differently and also tries to attain competitive success from its
competitors. One of the main advantages of innovation is to make organizational activities
more effective and innovative as well (Hauck and Prügl, 2015). On the other hand, leadership
is also help in making employees more productive and able to execute complex task
activities. This will directly contribute in enhancing the overall growth of company at
competitive market place.
Research Methodology
This section plays a crucial role in gathering relevant data and information on the
basis of research topic and area. Mainly, it provides path to researcher in undertaking the
whole research activities in an effective manner. Along with this, it includes different
echniques used by researcher for gathering authentic information that contributes in taking
right decision. Furthermore, primary and secondary method of data collection will be used by
researcher to analysis reliable and detailed information (Dunne and et. Al., 2016). By using
primary method of data, investigator prepare a structured questionnaire that includes close-
ended questions which asked through selected respondents in order to understand their view
point. On the other side, secondary data method helps in gathering detailed information about
the research topic. With the help of this, researcher easily draw a valid conclusion at the end
of the study. For gathering data, researcher choose 50 sample size who are workers of the
company and also have enough knowledge about how innovation and leadership management
is important for company in enhancing its overall growth.
