This report explain tour operation management and this is based on two companies Trail-finders and Kuoni both having good market reputation in tourism sector(Barratt,Choi,and Li2011). These organisation provide variety of services which make holidays and other destination visit better and use various techniques as well as tools which help in generating revenue or also in boosting tourism sector in economy. This sector requires several development and modification so that these can make customers comfortable and encourage them to buy their products.
