with it including taxation, infrastructure issues, cross border regulations and many more. There
are various issues regarding equality, access and participation in tourism such as: gender,
educational background, age and many more. On the other side, tourism could provide various
opportunities for growth. It may be helpful in reducing poverty and may be encourage the lives
of many poor by hiring them for different positions(Pencarelli, 2020). In context to inequality,
tourism is helpful in the reduction of inequality but there is somehow also inequality on the basis
of age, gender and others. The other major challenge in the tourism industry is the fluctuations in
the rates and inflation in the costs. Tourism is also important in the management of global
destinations as there are many people who visit different places and more the people more will
be the expectations. So there will be development of the places according to the demands of the
visitors or tourists. Tourism industries also expect from their customers to visit again and again
that's why the industry keeps updating its services according to the changing demands of the
visitors. This will help the industry in earning more profit and revenue per year. There will be the

residents, culture, government, tourists, employees, competitors and many more. Tourism is

to local communities as they could get employment and negative impacts includes: culture
clashes, loss of authenticity and many more. Tourism is providing various opportunities to the
local people as they are getting employment either in the industry as employee or worker and/or
they could administer their own business of food and beverage services, accommodation
services, shopping, entertainment and many more services to the visitors. All these are direct
employment opportunities top the local communities. There are various indirect opportunities for
the local people too such as: manufacturing of aircraft, boats and other elements associated with
transportation. On the other side, tourism is also harms to the local natural environment and local
culture. Tourists may leak the local plans, opportunities or the way of revenue generation to the
other countries which may impact negatively the lives of local people.

people. Some of the people are those whose income is only through small businesses in the
