was providing a kind of short trip for the holidays in which travelling, concession and food was
available for the tourists. There began the mass production of buses and cars by the half of 20th
century and after the end of world war two, there were also a good progress in air
transport(Sharpley, 2018). Today tourism has become a great component of global economy
impacting local economy, culture, lifestyle of the destinations and others.

and services in the emerging markets which are in favour of the customer's desires. After the
invention of technologies there will be more innovative options and adventurous things for the
tourists. New technologies are the reason to attract more customers for travelling. Emerging
markets are the reason for international tourism. Emerging markets make more qualitative

the industry successfully able to provide clients with the animated rooms. There are a lot of
attractions for the foreigners which will give them a better experience in tourism(Sigala, 2018).
Well in some cases it is quite tough for tourism industries to grow in such new markets as there
is often a need of development of new product for sustainable competitive advantage which may
need high budget. It is essential as this will help in beating the competition and make a strong
customer base.
A famous example of Cruise is known to all. It is a fastest growing sector in tourism
making effective contribution in the increment of economy. As it is known, there are rumours
that there may be some kind of risk while travelling in a cruise ship, but the company make
much efforts to overcome those rumours. The company regularly keep updating its technology
and adapting new innovations at its ships which is the reason it is now becoming more famous in
customers(Ahn, Shamim and Park, 2021). As per the concept of emerging markets, the company
is also planing to expand its market in other countries too and it is planning to add more
destinations so that the passengers may enjoy more while travelling.
THIRD CHAPTER

There will be more employment opportunities for the local communities, they could find
more jobs and self business advantages and there will be development and increase in quality of
life of locals and wealth of the area. Many countries are willing to develop or improve its tourism
intended to become more rich and developed than other countries. Tourism helps in proving
comparatively more money than other businesses. It helps a town, a city, a district, a state and
even a country to show and keep alive its local trends, customs and religion as the foreigners
enjoy such rituals. These all things are very exiting for the tourists. People come from distinct
places to see, capture, record and share their experience with their friends, family and other
people at various places they visited. This will help the local community to make a name and

often called as mass tourism. This may result in spoiling the decorum and hygiene of the
destinations. The local people may suffer a loss as there is obviously a season in which the
customers plans to visit places. In off season, there may be very problems of earning for local
people. Some of the people are those whose income is only through small businesses in the
season when tourists visits this may create various problems to them when there is no season.

cleanliness at the places they visits or at the places they stay(Jehan, Batool, Hayat and et. al.,
2022). This may cause a major harm to local environment resulting in pollution. There will be a
chance of leakage of local information about future plans and any unique idea or thing. There
may be culture clash at the local place obviously due to presence of people from different
locations and of different culture at a single place. There is also a risk of lost of local culture as
the destinations keep adapting foreigner culture to attract more tourists.
