INTRODUCTION
Hotel resorts management is the process by which management is done within the hotel
industry. Such management is required to deal with all kinds of management practices which are
related at manager level. Management of this type is related to various aspects of operations at
management level within a resort. Scope of such management is wider because they deal with
various aspects of management in hospitality industry. This report is based on Heythrop Park
resort that which one of the most famous resort in UK and is based on 18th century model. In this
report things to be covered are different kinds of resort, targetting market. Further business plan
has to be made. In the end various approaches are to be explained in relation to Heythrop Park
resort.

Luxury resorts: These resorts are known for there services which are luxury in nature. It
includes various services and first class amenities. Also various facilities are there that is
comfortable rooms, lavish bathrooms.
There are various features that is required to be presented in the an resort and these are
explained as follows:

Technical features:In this feature various kinds of things are there that is Wi-Fi, electric lock
and CCTV camera should be there. Such feature is very important in order to enhance all
services of hotel.
Perfect decors: It is also an very important feature in which all basic facilities are to be taken
into account like kitchen cleaning, tide bedrooms and proper room services are included in it.
Safety measure: These are one of the most important key feature which has to be taken into
account. These required to be present from view point of making a visit safe for its employees .
There are various challenges that has to be faced by the manger of resorts in order to
maintain these feature that is as follows:

elements which are required in order to manage various operations. It is helpful in achieving of

of the departments. It is there responsibility to take various important decision. In relation to

various types of packages that is related to resort. Third part is business plan which helps in
dealing with various factors related to business and also covers finances in it . Last part consist of
approaches related to sustainable development and also critical analysis is done upon various
sustainability and promotion.
