Leaning model: ADDIE
It stands for Analysis, Design,
Development, Implementation, and
evaluation.
It is used to achieve highest level of
development quality, learning
outcome, efficiency and consistency.
This model was introduced in m id
1970s.
However, ADDIE has some gaps for
designing e-learning models.
It is needed to be adjusted according
to different training (Neal, 2011).

E-ADDIE E-analysis: Several analysis are
done, such as content, assessment,
available technologies etc.
E-design: Creation of storyboards,
flowcharts, interfaces from previous
step’s information are done in this
step.
E-development: Different learning
styles are introduced with
supporting images, texts, videos
etc.
E-implementation: Technological
equipment and educational
progress are maintained.
E-evaluation: Surveys and
electronic score cards are used for
evaluation (Jclarkgardner, 2008). .

Recommendation
It is easy and intuitive.
This model is efficient with
conductor as technology.
It can also be used as tool for
tracking the learnings.
This model is much interactive.
Introduction of multimedia like
videos, images enhances the
process of learning.
This model can be customized
according to the learning matter.
It enhances the skills by providing
practices.
