1. Introduction
The Project owner of Max Lionel Reality (MLR) is looking for deploying training and
development program for educating the employees about the ethical standard and code of
conduct which should be adopted by the employees during the working hours of the
organization and incorporation with WHS responsibilities for the accomplishment of task and
achieving smooth flow of business operation.
2. Project Objective
The objective of this paper is to:
Focus on division of role and responsibilities among the participating units
Preparing model for ethical behaviour
Encouraging ethical behaviour in the working culture of the team and developing
cooperation and coordination among them
Focusing on innovative methods for improving the marketing campaign and
functionality of the business processes
Focusing on organization requirement
3. Project scope
The scope of the project is to prepare the employees to follow ethical behaviour in the
working curriculum of the enterprise for the smooth functioning and completion of the
business processes. The training and development program helps in developing ethical
behaviour and moral values for improving the work performance by minimizing the chaotic
environment at work place. The initialization of leadership style helps in guiding the
employees to accomplish their assigned task with full of their efforts.
4. Roles and Responsibilities
Role Responsibilities
Project Manager The project manager is responsible for developing the

requirement specification plan for deploying training and
development program to improve the ethical behaviour
and moral values of the working employees
Project Owner The project owner is responsible for initializing the
problem domain and business values to increase the
efficiency of the employees to get effective quality
output
Project Developer
The project developer is responsible for analysing the
need of arranging WHS trainer and anti-discrimination
trainer. The training program is designed according to
the legal and organizational requirement of the enterprise
(Schell, 2012).
Advertising and promotions
consultant
The advertising and promotions consultant is responsible
for analysing the changes required in the advertisement
policies. The inclusion of social networking procedures
helps in improving the profitability and turnover of the
enterprise
Quality assurance Manager
The role of the quality assurance manager is to check the
problem domain specified by the project owner and
actual outcome of the training and development program
arranged for improving the ethical standards followed by
the working employees (Sterling, 2013)
WHS trainer
The WHS trainer is responsible for guiding the
employees about the work health safety program. The
deployment of effective work practises and health safety
standards helps in minimizing the accidents which
occurred at organization.
Anti-discrimination trainer
The anti-discrimination trainer is responsible for guiding
the employees about the differences in the working
criteria on the basis of sex, creed, religion, region, and
