Project brief
Project purpose and rationale
The purpose of this project is to build customer goodwill as well as satisfy legal as
well as ethical obligations of Max Lionel Realty (MLR). The organization is decided
to implement program to promote higher standards of legal and ethical standards.
The rationale of this project is to inform the clients plus tenants about
commitment with MLR. There is implementing of program for the organization on
WHS and anti-discrimination legislation.
