Introduction
Now a days, training is becoming most important aspect in the organisation for enhancing
employees performance. As it is considered as an important part of human resource
management. It is most crucial programmes that is to be used by organisation for enhancing
employees performance and to retain them for long time. Organisation should make use of
effective training programmes and should identify training designs in such a form that they could
satisfy needs of employees working there (Abdullah, and Othman, 2021). Effective training
programmes help in gaining more outcomes and achieving organisation goals and objectives. In
addition, resulting training programmes in providing more benefits to managers in their policy
making, decision making process. Employees who are getting more growth opportunities are
possessing better opportunities and growth in their business environment and in their career as
well. Further, training is helping organisation in reducing cost and time because a well trained
employee will be able to perform their task in most effective manner and in definite time period.
This research paper covers aims and objectives, a literature review about training programs topic
and methodology used in the research paper.
