brings strong influence to the growth and sustainability of the organization. There are different
types of disruptive innovation perspectives that an organization needs to focus on while engaging
in the respective components. Managing the business with disruptive innovation perspectives
needs a careful strategy to be included by the organization in terms of internal perspective,
external perspective, marketing perspective, and technology perspective. the organization should
overcome the hindrances and barriers while using this perspective that helps to achieve the
organizational objectives. The purpose of disruptive innovation is to sustain the market and
consider growth and development in the organization. Millennium Health Sciences was
established in the year 1968 and developed skin care products and techniques. The organization
has significant changes with the two business units with advanced skin care products. The
disruptive innovation reflection of MHS is presented that helps in innovative capacity.

Internal perspective includes the internal structure of the organization that helps to ensure
sustainable development of the organization. The internal structure includes the control and
autonomy of the organization's objectives. The managerial structure presents the top-down

team for innovation purpose is the goal of the internal environment of the organization.
Providing with the best opportunities and the best consideration of business units help to gain an
organizational objective. the senior executive level and the lower level management are given
importance in the organization as these help in considering effective organizational structure.
The organizational hierarchy includes in the internal structure while the management team has to
be flexible while presenting the decisions and responsibilities particularly to engage in

innovative ideas. Next component that can help an organization innovative perspective is an
organizational culture that is company culture.
Company culture in the organization is believed to be the outstanding component that engages
employees to follow the top executives and consider in the ranking system. the top executives in
the organization take care of the business units and consider innovation in the culture while the
employees in the organization accept the company culture that is presented at a senior level. The

help to stimulate the knowledge. Applying the best strategies to concentrate on organization
innovation capacity is the best way to interact with the externals and consider challenges for
innovative techniques and tools. The external environment is important as it stimulates the
transfer of technology with varied activities. It is thereby important to generate and implement
the technology that provides benefits to the external environment that even include stakeholders.
