“New technologies will revolutionize the transport industry”
Introduction
Science is a systematic way which involves observation and experiment in order to get the
knowledge and improve the skills. Technology is the practical application of science that helps to
improve the quality of life. New inventions in the field of science and technology play the
essential role in order to make the life style advance. The advancement in technology in different
areas changes the life style of people from the earlier time. It is essential to implement the
changes in every field to develop the economy (Mazar, Roux, and Yahalom-Mack, 2019). Every
country generates the huge amount of budget for technology development. Transportation is one
of the fields in which the government invests the huge amount and time to develop. People
usually use animals to travel to distribute the goods. From animals to aircraft the technology
plays the major role (Lambert, 2019). In this paper, the discussion is made on topic of “new
technologies will revolutionize the transport industry”. There are various transportation vehicles
are introduced by the science by using the technology to update the fields in order to distribute
the goods and services. In this paper, the discussion is made on aircraft transportation as
developing technology.
Transport Industry Revolutionize
Transport industry is a sector of companies that helps the organization by moving goods or
services from one place to another. Transportation industry contains the several industries such
as freight and logistics, airline, road, marine, rail and transportation infrastructure. The
performance of companies is highly relies on the transportations as the multinational companies
distribute the goods or services from one place to another. There are numerous factors that affect

the prices of vehicles to deliver the services. Prices of vehicles are affected just because of
geographical events, labor cost, fuel cost and the others (Bejan, Charles, Lorente, and Dowell,
2016). The company has to think twice while selecting mode of transportation to deliver the
goods. The cost of the product is also contains the cost of delivering the services and goods to
the consumers. Science introduces the various vehicles in order to make the distribution process
easy and fast such as bus, train and airlines. From bulk cart to aircraft, science introduces the
variety of vehicles as per the requirement of the businesses (Baharozu, Soykan, and Ozerdem,
2017). The cost of delivering the services are relies on the type of transportation that is selected
to deliver the services.
Aircraft technology
Airline companies provide air transport services for travelling passengers and freight. Airlines
companies are the company that consumes the fuel to transport the goods or services from one
place to others (Kornatowski, et.al, 2017). Airline utilizes the aircraft to supply these services
from different locations. The companies use the cargo aircraft to deliver the goods. This aircraft
is a fixed-wing aircraft that is designed to deliver the carriage rather than passenger. The aircraft
is also known as freight aircraft, freighter, airlifter, and cargo jet as they carry the goods
(Stewart, 2016). Cargo aircraft is designed especially for cargo with the different designs and
features. The features of this aircraft are different form the conventional passenger aircraft. The
features of this aircraft is useful for the companies as it consume less fuel cross section, a high
wing to allow the cargo area, a large number of wheels that helps to land at unprepared locations
and high-mounted tail to allow cargo to fly high (Niinomi, et. al, 2017). By the year 2015, the
freighters represent 43% of the 700 billion ATK capacities, while 57% of airlines carried this
type of weight.
