influences their decision to move towards Australia. So it hugely influences the accommodation
products in Australia (Boniface, Cooper and Cooper, 2016S).
Natural disasters : It refers to the sudden changes in a location that occurred due to
nature such as thunderstorm, floods, cyclones, etc. The serene beauty of Australia is the most
essential factor which attracts the visitors towards Australia. This is because of the landscapes,
mountains and natural attraction which are maintained and managed the travel and tourism
department of Australia. Environment has positive and negative impact on the amenities. As the
natural and man made amenities offers satisfaction to the visitors in the seasonal time. But it
also has a negative impact on travel and tourism because of the changing climate. Due to the
environmental changes and seasons these amenities cannot be provided to the tourist. For an

experience. The result of the survey depends on various factors such customer profile,
geography, behaviour, psycho-graphics, etc. The operators should emphasize on some practices
which gives a valuable output to them in order to improve the industry. The survey can be
conducted with some questions, interviews, group discussion, workshops and monitoring social
media outcomes (Buhalisand Jun, 2011).
It is important to evaluate the visitor's experience because every individual has different
choice regarding their age, gender, education, income and demographics. So their preferences

practices is to generate tourism in Australia (Xiang, Magnini and Fesenmaier, 2015). But these
issues generates hurdles for them to enhance the tourism experience. The DMO and tour

their practices are the major parameters which provides are used to attract the visitors. DMO and
tour operators should promote the tourism at such locations where tourists can explore and gain
