Moreover, On the basis of market survey it has been calculated that highly number of respondents gives positive results to the study and measure the best outcome goals. Overall, customer also recommend others to take the services of Thomas cook in order to get higher satisfaction. It has been concluded that, marketing is the only factor that influence people to attract towards the company policies and goals. Recommendation 24
