INTRODUCTION
Every business organization formulates and run through business policies and principles that
define their values. These values and norms cause under business ethics that needs to be fulfil in
order to make a sustainable Run into long run. The business has their responsibility towards
corporate governance and corporate social responsibility and sustainability. Only, the business
fulfils all this responsibility is the most successful ones (Dela Rama, 2019). Therefore, this report
is going to present the case study of Uber by reflecting the issues and scandals Uber faced in UK
and become a reason to get ban. For that instance, the study will show about corporate social
responsibility and its normative and descriptive theory. Moreover, the report will present
prospective of stakeholders in relation to the business case of Uber.
MAIN BODY
PART 1
The Uber Technologies Company is a US American based Technology. It was established in the
year 2009 and covers approx 69 countries. Uber is known for its services of ride food delivery
and rental facilities. The business case of Uber shows that over is facing many issues and
scandals during the year into UK. As the country has many complaints and assaults put on Uber.
The main reason of the issue was that the Uber facing allegations of doing sexual assault of
passengers through Uber drivers. So that the country has took up the licence of Uber to operate
in to the city. It has found that 32 Uber drivers are known for rape or sexual assault and
abolishing the act of human rights. It has shown that Uber is not fulfilling their corporate social
responsibility which has lead to end up their operations in UK (Dufour, 2020). It is the first and
foremost responsibility of the organisation to ensure the safety of their customers and people of
society which does not fulfilled by Uber why not reporting the sexual cases to the police wait for
courts prediction over the judgement. It is important for the Uber to analyse their mistakes and
make more preventions and safety measures to perform in future. As a Uber has lower down its
image into whole world due to creating a serious cause of this issue which creates fear among
people do not use Uber rides more often.
