INTRODUCTION
Personal audit is essential for everyone because with the assistance of this they will
be able to determine and understand their strength and weakness. So that, they will improve
weakness as well as grab opportunities which are available within market area in effective
manner (Bennis, 2020). By conducting personal skill audit individual will be able to avoid
threats as well as it provides assistance in developing and growing future within effective
manner. This report is classified within two section, first one cover audit and evaluation of
key skills of a individual for determining strength and weakness in effective manner.
Moreover, second section of respective report is related to personal development research as
well as planning in which planning is conducted for improving weakness within effective
way.

It is important for each and every individual to conduct such practices that will
provide assistance to them in developing skills, abilities as well as capabilities because it help
in growth and success of career (Decker, 2020). I am conducting this report for determining
my strength and weakness as well as opportunities and threats which are available. In
addition to this, it has been analysed by me that there are numerous skills which required for
developing successful career and better future opportunities such as decision making,
communication, self discipline, research, planning, organizing, and time management and so
on. This is so on the grounds that by having every one of these aptitudes I ready to direct my
work in best way which prompts fulfillment of want objective in great manner. From all these
ability I have a few aptitudes which are my qualities, for example, self-control, time the
executives, association and numerous others. On the hand there are a few abilities which are
my shortcomings, for example, correspondence, critical thinking, dynamic, etc. This show I
have to clean my aptitudes which are qualities just as I have to improve feeble one with the
goal that I can snatch future open doors in powerful way. Moreover, I have to build up every
one of these abilities in light of the fact that through correspondence expertise I can without

much of a stretch associate with my boss, subordinates, customers, partners, etc. Also, by
improving critical thinking ability I can undoubtedly fathom the issues of my universities just
as group which help me in indicating my compelling work quality. I additionally need to
upgrade my critical thinking aptitudes since I am not ready to fathom issues of other and
group which diminishes my incentive in group which is appears as an obstacle for the
improving exhibition and creating successful profession. Notwithstanding this I likewise need
to upgrade my cooperation ability on the grounds that at present I am not much agreeable in
working inside a group but rather now in each organization work are dispensed in group so I
have to improve separate aptitude for the advancement of vocation effectively. Upgrade of
collaboration aptitudes additionally lead to progress of a few different abilities, for example,
coordination expertise, getting expertise, work under tension aptitude, etc (Durso, 2020). This
show by creating separate expertise I can prompts improvement of in my vocation
development effectively. Notwithstanding this I will ready to build up my work successfully
in the group. Aptitude in which I am deficient with regards to I get know when I am working
in a group for individual undertaking, from the start when I distributed venture in a group I
not feel a lot of agreeable in light of the fact that in group I not have the foggiest idea about
every single part. At the underlying stage my presentation in group was not good as I not
ready to speak with colleagues because of which I additionally not ready to direct my work
appropriately for the fulfilment of want result.

2.1 Teamwork Skills
Team working skills is important and required by every individual for developing and
gaining better future opportunities. Moreover, it is also important because in every
organization task are allotted for team and if individual don’t have team working skills they
will be not able to perform task in effective manner (Gouda, 2020). Although, team working
skills have direct impact on performance as well as promotions of individual and help in
gaining better future opportunities. For instance, when individual want to develop their team
working skills they need to develop understanding, planning, decision making as well as
several other skills (Keshminder and Cheng, 2020). Thus, I have to work on my team
working skills so that I will able to perform allotted task or project in effective manner within
team. Because it is trend that task are allotted in team in college, offices and everywhere.
