INTRODUCTION
Change is referred to as that state of transition of a current state of individual or
organization. According to current dynamic business environment changes has been taking place
in market at very faster rate and various factors are responsible for modification of a company.
This leads to alter or transformation of their organizational practices and procedure. Further it is
also required for an business environment within an organization. Also all sectors has to be
adaptive, vibrant and progressive towards understanding changes that has occurred in an
organization. In this report organization that has been taken is Verdant Leisure and Bridge
Leisure has been taken both of them does operations in UK. Things to be covered in this report is
different organizations with impact on changes in strategies and operation. Also evaluation of
ways that is going to derive changes. Affect on leadership and behaviour of individual and team
in an organization. In the end of this report different kinds of barriers towards change in
leadership decision making is going to be covered.
TASK 1
P1 & M1. Comparison of different organizational examples where there has been an
impact of change
In relation to business change could be structural and also well functional which can
create major effect upon an organization’s strategy. A requirement of change is constant and this
can be either upon strategies and structure, process and people. All aspects of changes in an
organization has affected overall functioning of an organization. That is why it is important that
an appropriate and effective measure has to be adopted with relation in dealing with changes.
Further all such changes is within an organization that is required to be perceived in a manner
which has enhanced scope of adapting changes in an organization that is required to be perceived
for enhancing of scope and accepting change that is going to make more effectiveness in its
implementation. Then several divers is there which is related to change in an organizational
strategies and process (Caton. and Mistriner, 2016).
Further in this impact of such drives is going to be very evident and extensive for an
company. In an environment where constant change, modification and advancement that is

inevitable form of firms operating in the business environment. Impact of these changes has
witnessed an effectiveness in an organization like Verdant leisure and Bridge Leisure. As the
company provides accommodation as well as holiday is part facilities across areas like Ireland
and Scotland. Also company effectively has to provide creating facilitating and excellent
customer services to its customers. Bridge Leisure offer services for holiday in their parks across
nation. All this is done along with management, support and consultancy services.
Various changes have been seen in both the companies during recent times this creates
different impact on strategies and operations. Such changes and its impact upon a company have
been explained as follows:

VERDANT LEISURE
POLITICAL: As per today’s time UK is facing one of the biggest political change of events.
Also in addition to this change regulations and policies have also impacted on (Harter, 2016).
Changes in strategies is going to make increase in profit which eventually impact the growth in
positive manner through making services enhance and keeping Verdant leisure ahead of its
competitors.
Strategies: Since the downfall of economy has restricted people of the country to undertake
holidays outside the countries. Verdant leisure has to seek various management strategies in
order to enhance experience of customers.
Operations: Verdant leisure in addition for its existing workforce and has acquired new
employees for development, manage that is going to provide holiday activities with new
satiations.
ENVIRONMENTAL: Government of UK has been paying more attention upon protecting
environment from getting damaged. A change within Verdant Leisure that has taken place has
been explained as.
Strategies: Verdant leisure has joined keep Britain Tidy’s month-long spring- clean initiative.
This impact driver had been influenced all parks of firm (Lloyd, 2016). Helping in maintaining
creditability towards environment by creating environmental friendly parks.
Operations: Such drive has a huge impact upon its operations and all process actively
participating in taking initiative regarding environment. This is going to enhance environment
friendly techniques to attract customers
