INTRODUCTION
Organizational change management is necessary for small medium businesses which can
be done by improving the management system of the organization. In this presentation it
shows various types of barriers involved during the implementation of change process and
their influence on the decision-making of leadership. It further evaluate the different types
of leadership approaches which can help the change process to execute effectively and
efficiently. The organization is Verdant Leisure and they want to change their
management in order to grow and sustain their business.

Explain barriers for change and its influence
on leadership decision-making
It is necessary to conduct top-down analysis of the organization in order
to find out potential barriers as the barriers are the reason which affect
the organization production rate and also create gap between the
practices of change management system. Once the barriers get solved ,
then it will be easy to implement the change within the organization.
The following are the barrier which will occur during the implementation
of change management system are as follows:
Lack of employee involvement
Lack of effective communication strategy
Cultural barriers
Organizational complexity
