Organization change is described as a process in which it is necessary to implement

it is important to change the activities and functions which are necessary for survival of

cultural as well as behavioral changes that are necessary for performance of business
organization. Apart from this, leadership plays an important role in implementing changes
within firm. The leader provides guidance to its employees to accept the changes which occur
at workplace. This assignment is separated into two parts in which first part emphasized on
comparison among various organization that imposes direct impact on organization strategy
and tactics. There are different external as well as internal factor which enforces direct
influence on individual, team and leadership behavior. And in second portion, there are
different approaches is given to deal with changes in an effective manner. Therefore, in this
assignment, TESCO and Sainsbury’s are undertaken. Both are well-known chain of
supermarket which is located in UK. And also both these firm selling its good and services in
order to satisfy the consumer at marketplace(Clack, 2020).

Sainsbury:Sainsbury is the second largest chain of supermarket which is located in
London, UK. This company was originated by James Sainsbury in the year of 1896. They

company achieve a leading position with 16% market share of UK(Domínguez, 2018).
Therefore, the comparison among both Tesco and Sainsbury which is going to be mentioned
