Authoritative leaders : These are leaders that
does not dilute its control and do not involve it
steam members in decision making.
Democratic leaders : They provide great
autonomy to employees in their working and also
asks for their inputs in decision making.
Laissez- Faire leaders : They tend to give
complete free hands to employees and passes the
responsibility on team members.
