The hotel is having big structure in the sense of employees so this is a big task toarrange them perfectly which can utilize their work potential. This is duty of management toorder them utterly. The organisation is using democratic leadership style in the wholemanagement so this very useful for them and this is helping them to provide their best work forthe clients.
