Recently company is faced issues which are related to their supply chain management system and quality of products in that company decide to take return their products from market. The company currently face various problems and challenges with their quality management process. Toyota faces the biggest problem is its damaged reputation caused by the sudden acceleration which recalls, a million in the government fines and massive lawsuits and various adjustment (The biggest problem facing Toyota,2019). The company is hurting most is an aging line-up of boring cars. For that company needs to manage their products quality in effective manner by using Total quality management. This approach is based on the concept of customers first and managing continuous improvement as well as total participations that means involvement and inputs if all employees. For the continuous improvement for Toyota motor company here is select Shewhart's PDCA cycle. This support to continuous improvement. The have four stages which are plan-do- check-act. Thefirst stage is planis considered with three steps, first isidentification of problem here management find the problem in their production process. Second isproblem analysis, here management analysis problem like the related to which and the problem is quality management. Third isdeveloping an experimentis a viable process where management think about experiment like process and adding new feature. Thesecond stage of approachis Do, is the best stage where management tests the solutions are best or not. The management is decided to recall products form market stores and done medical test of each product (Baker, Croucher and Rushton, 2017).
