INTRODUCTION
Operation is the process and practices which is required in organisation for running a
business and increase profitability. The operation of organisation is connected with logistics in
which raw material and supply chain of products and services are maintained by managers who
helps to perform business functions effectively. Moreover, this helps to supplying the product to
customers by using operations and logistics (Addo-Tenkorang and Helo, 2016). To understand

different models of cars by using logistics and operations that helps to make higher profits. In

reach to customers also important then only a company can get success and increase the
competitive advantages. This helps to improve the organisational productivity and profitability
providing different types of products with the help of best transportation and delivery process.
On the other side, logistics are considered as movement that uses to storage, flow of goods and
services in systematic manner that helps to increase the organisational performance in
competitive environment (Arunachalam, Kumar and Kawalek, 2018).

acknowledged and favoured companies in terms of delivering high quality services to
