delivery method so that product could be offered effectively to the consumers. It is essential to

all around the world. The car company provide high quality cars to their high income group
people. Today the automotive industry is a major component for the economic growth in all
industrialized countries. Operation management is considering as the vital part in the
organisation as it has widespread activities. This deals with making effective decision which are
related to production process in order to ensure that the output should be effective. The company
should use effective labour and proper utilisation of resources which are used for transforming
their services to make more satisfactory customers. This process usually tries to minimise the
shortage and keep the cost down. The main responsibility of supply chain management is to
figure out the best way in offering product to the consumer. This kind of supply chain
management to be used in Bentley in order to make their logistic more efficient. With use of
effective administration of logistic the manufacturing process can be operated smoothly in
adequate manner. This include different function such as selecting the appropriate vendor for

more cars in lesser time period. There are several benefits of JIT such as it helps in reducing the
inventory as cars are assemble with different parts and this parts require storage. Along with this
it also reduces the labour cost and it identify the best possible solution to complete the task
effectively. There are other advantages such as increase production as it minimizes the time for
making of car. Company like Bentley can improve their production quality as this approach
lower down the defects of the company. This also help in reduction in standard hours because it
helps in reducing the time taken by the employees to manufacture the car.
