of emotional intelligence which can be
referred as the foundation of the personal
growth and success. I have not thought in that
way therefore this means that any person will
be able to recognize the emotions that the
person himself experiences and understands
the feelings associated with the emotions and
what the person think and do as the outcome.
The emotional intelligence depends upon the
ability of recognizing the emotions not only
within our self but also within others. The
emotional intelligence depends upon the basic
capabilities that involve self awareness, self
regulation, social awareness and relationship
management (Travers, Morisano & Locke,
2015). The self awareness and emotional
intelligence are necessary in our life as it help
us to recognize the emotions and the impact
of such emotions in our life. This also helps
us to know about our self worth and

To what extent do you agree with the results
of the self-assessment?
I agree with the result of the self
assesment as the self evaluation is
manadatory for anybody. I found out the
importance of the self assesment. I also found
out the impact of the self awareness and
emotional intelligence on the professional
competencies is that if a person is unable to
determine the emotions that they are going
through then the emotional disturbances can
create effect to their work also. The
physiological sate of the whole body of the
person can drastically affect that is how the
person responds in the provided situation if
the person does not pays attention to it. Thus
the self assessment is necessary for
maintaining the professional competencies in
the workplace (Travers, Morisano & Locke,
2015).
The self improvement shows respect

I agree with the result of the self

recognize by determining my strengths that is

the emotionally charged decisions. Sometime
we feel that this plan is better than the other
