According to Devece, (2015, p. 71),teamwork is one of the ability to get success at workplace. There are specific roles in theteam that enhances the performances of the individuals. Teamwork skills need to includethe interpersonal, communication, interaction and problem solving skills that impact onthe performances of people. It improves the goals and expected outcomes of personnel’s.Why is this core skill important? Why did I select this skill to reflect on? (userelevant theories and concepts to support your answer)Teamwork is a relevant attribute that helps in execution any task in a smooth manner. Iselected this skill to reflect on since it is necessary to develop this skill for personal andprofessional development and career growth.The cooperative nature of the teammembers helps in efficient and within deadline execution of the tasks.
