INTRODUCTION There are several types of people who work for fulfill their responsibilities, for love. Motivation is one of the main reasons for people to work in the organisation. Motivation is a word that simply means needs, drives, wants, needs within an individual person. It represents the process of people that stimulate their actions towards attaining the goals(Weng and et. al., 2020). This report undertakes the several factors that encourage employees to work within the organisation for attaining the goals and objectives within specified time period. In this it also inculcates positive and negative factors that employees experience while working as a results of their job role. MAIN BODY Motivation defines as a process of guiding, maintaining and initiating goals focused behavior. This mainly represents psychological and mental force that mainly directs the nature of group of people(Anderman and Anderman, 2020). There are two types of motivation factor such as internal and external motivation. In terms of internal motivation people are motivates towards work internally as it is a type of psychological concepts. Further external motivation is a factor that motivates employees from outside the individual in several manners such as money, praise, rewards and recognitions etc. Several factors that motivates employees towards work Motivating employees towards work is highly crucial and does not difficult or costly the earth as it helps in developing balance in various factors. There are several factors that are presented below: Salary- It is one of the best factors that motivate employees towards work. Receiving constantpaymentespeciallywiththereferenceofpermanentemployeessalaryis considered as a basic need that is highly satisfied the workers for sustain within the company to a longer period of time. Therefore salary is termed as short term satisfaction that enhances the performance and promise of getting rise in pay frequently (How Can Salary Influence a Worker's Performance in an Administration?,2021). It represent the basic need under the maslow’s need hierarchy theory due to which workers are working
with satisfaction and firm will enjoy long term profitability within marketplace. If the salary is lower than the expectation of employees that is could cause dissatisfaction and disengagement. Therefore getting equitable salary is not motivating employees to show their performance in better way but it would reduce the feeling of frustrated within the particular job.For instance- MOMA foods is an organisation who focus on offering regular salary to their employees as per their job role and working criteria that helps in encouraging performance better so that high objectives are attained on time. Promotion-This factor is another way to motivates employees towards work so that effectiveworkingisperformedbyemployeeswithintheorganisation.However, organisation are not affording the risk of losing experienced and talented employees within the company and due to this they do promotion in various manner such as offer transfer to employee to work in native region, compensation, promote to higher position as per employee capability so that remarkable performance is performed by firm in their long term survival (Top 9 Factors That Impact Employee Motivation,2021). Hence, it is a best and long term factor that motivates employees towards effective working. For example-IncaseofMarksandSpencer,managerishighlyfocusonpromoting employees as it is one of the crucial factors to motivate workers towards working. It mainly represents the esteem stage in employee life as it also offers safety and security to employees within the working environment. Work environment- This is another factor that highly motivates employees towards working. Therefore employees are encourages to work efficiently and effectively when they get the positive working environment within the workplace of company. However, it mainly represent physical environment such as office working space, interior and non- physical environment like collaboration and positive connectivity among team mates, supportive nature of employees etc. all these helps in encouraging employees towards effective working(Huang and Kuo, 2020). To positively stimulate workers to work productivity team lunches and dinners are to be done along with several festive occasion parties. For instance- Microsoft is a leading company that offers employee’s suitable working environment in which number of festive parties and dinner are also organized that helps in motivating employees towards work and attains them for a longer time

Within an organisation if top authority cannot offer deserving pay to candidates as per specified job role than it negatively affects the employees and they also experience negatively within the result of their job role. Attractive pay in terms of regular salary, promotion, compensation helps employees to experience remarkable within particular organisation.For instance- Tesco is a multinational grocery brand who highly focuses on offering good and attractive pay to their regular and talented employees that represent as a positive factor that worker experience in the job role. ï‚·Friendly and supportive co-workers-This is another positive factor that employee experience while working under the specific job role within an organisation. In an organisationifworkingatmosphereisfriendlywhereco-workersarealsovery supportive in completing the particular assignments than individual employees feel satisfied and secure at the presented job role. For example- In case of Rio Tinto, management follows supportive and friendly culture to maintain decorum within working environment due to which every individual employee perform their task effectively and productively(Foster and Williams, 2020). These also feel comfortable and secure due to which particular job targets are attained on time. This positive factor is experienced by workers at the results of their particular job role. Negative factors that workers feel as a result of their job role
Negative factors are those factor which affects employee morale and satisfaction level due to which overall task achievement is also affected in negative manner. There are various negative factors that employees experience within their particular job role is discussed below: ï‚·Work related stress-The negative factor that employee experience is reflect the stress that employee face during work for a longer time period. Stress within work affects employees working practice due to which their overall productivity is to be slow down. Therefore this affects the company revenues; sustainability and profitability because of this firm face major loss in competitive business industry(Song, Gu and Zhang, 2020). For example- In terms of Marks and Spencer, if top authority creates more work pressure on employees on their specified job role within limited salary pay that they cannot performwellandalsoexperienceinsecureandfrustrateduetowhichoverall requirements of task are also not fulfilled. Pressure under work creates several types of causes that employee expeirnce lifetime while working that are: oLack of training and development session oFace insecurity under particular job role oHigh demands are needed by company from employees that creates pressure on employees ï‚·Manager show ignorance towards the new ideas-It is another negative factor that is experienced by employees while doing particular job role. In this when manager or a leadercannot give more attention to the employees ideas, suggestions and issues that they does not give productive results to company as by not fulfilling their prescribed job role on time(Thorpe, 2020). For instance- In case of Waitrose plc it is to be identified that manager adopts the autocratic style of leadership where they only provide guidance to employees related to completing the work and because of this employees feel less value and it will creates negative experience among employees. Due to this they cannot perform their particular job role in effective and efficient manner. To overcome with this negative factor companies need to implement participative and democratic style of leadership where every employee feel satisfied and experience positively.
CONCUSION From the above report it is to be concluded that motivation is a significant term within the business industry to attract and encourage people towards effective working. This particular study helps in understanding the various aspects that motivates employees towards work so that organisation would enjoy large amount of profits along with longer sustainability within the marketplace.
