1. Introduction
UNICEF Child Care is governed by a group of people. John Smith is the chairman of
the company. The organisations headquarter is located in Sydney. UNICEF Child Care works
for the children ranges between six weeks and thirteen. The organisation provides care and
support to the children. UNICEF Child Care serves foods to the children. Other than foods,
they provide teachers, nannies and other useful services. In this way, they are the ensuring
healthy growth of the children. The parents those who want UNICEF Child Care service can
avail the service for their children only paying a minimal charge. UNICEF Child Care
recently opens subsidiaries across four places in Australia- Rock Hampton, Brisbane, Gold
Coast and Melbourne.
UNICEF Child Care has certain objectives-
To develop a platform where the UNICEF Child Care staff can communicate
with the parents of the children throughout day and night 24x7
To manage the organisation stock across the five centres in Sydney,
Melbourne, Brisbane, Rock Hampton and Gold Coast
To prepare a system such that the stock products can be accumulated easily
To send thank, you reply message to the parents who favour paying fees

2. The Approach to Systems Development
UNICEF requires hiring an IT team. They may also seek assistance from any third
party vendor. The IT team will prepare for them a cloud platform and cloud software where
UNICEF Child Care will conduct the business activities online. The organisation needs to
take up the ERP accounting software. UNICEF Child Care also needs to adopt cloud
computing services from the popular cloud vendor services like Amazon AWS or Microsoft
Azure. The IT team will develop the ERP software and will deploy it on the cloud server. The
cloud server will connect the five subsidiaries of UNICEF Child Care. The employees from
the five subsidiaries can connect with each other and can perform the business operations
altogether. The admin staff can check the stock level of the supplies products. The employee
staff can communicate with the parents and can solve their queries.
The IT team are knowledgeable enough to develop the ERP software. The IT Support
team will implement the software across the five subsidiaries and will train the employees on
the same. The IT Support Team will train the admin staff and the employees. UNICEF Child
Care must hire an IT team, they can get constant service and support 24x7, and the IT team
will provide long-term benefits.
3. Systems Requirements
System Requirements can be divided into two sections- functional requirements and
the non-functional requirements.
The functional requirements for UNICEF Child Care are-
i. Integrated system installation that will be conducted in real time. The integrated system
implementation depends on constant periodic updates
