2. Approach to Systems Development
UNICEF Child Care requires an IT team who will help them to design a CRM accounting
software. The software will improve their business activities. The IT support team will install
and configure the software in their systems across the five subsidiaries of UNICEF Child Care.
UNICEF Child Care needs a cloud platform to host the CRM software online. The AMAZON
AWS or Microsoft Azure can be a suitable choice for them. The employee staff and the
admin staff can stay connected with each other across the five branches. The admin staff
can keep track of the supplies products. UNICEF Child Care can communicate with the
children’s parents.
They may seek help from third party vendor services. It will be better if they appoint an IT
team in their premises.
