various service activities, event planning, banking, food and
beverage, hotel and travel and tourisms. It is one of the major
sectors of economy which earn more than trillion revenue per year
by providing effect service to customers. This report is prepared
on the basis of Dakota hotel which is situated in Manchester and
successfully run hotel industry within UK. In this report the
importance of hospitality sector, work and role has been define in

They are directly and indirectly affect the organization. In
context with Dakota hotel their management deptmrnt use
techniques of enviormtmnt scanning to identify the affect
of internal and external factor for this the use Pestle and

considers the value, belief, relation of public goodwill for the hotel among
customer. Dakota has build positive goodwill thus guest attract toward
them as their staff provide them effective services.
 Technological: In regards with Dakota this factor play positive and
negative role. As with the use of social media and digits platform the
management departement attract outsider by offering attract schemes but
due to this the risk of cyber crime and theft of data also increase (Prichard,
and et.al,2016).

 They explore their hotels in other countries by effectively use digital marketing platform.

 Competition increases with changes of times
 The Dakota hotel is not able to attract international customer due to the effect of Covid 19 for
upcoming 1 year.
