In addition to this, different theories of leadership in terms of their work roles in healthcare along with explanation about how theories can support management to different context in healthcare practise. Further, the focus will be made on use of theoretical models of leadership to contribute towards the development and management of a team in healthcare practise. Moreover, it will make its focus on different strategies used to resolve conflict arising between individuals in different contexts in healthcare practise. Lastly, the assignment will provide with the plan to implement in the area of change in healthcare practise along with the potential impact of plan on service provisions and outcomes for individuals in healthcare practise.
