Introduction
 Equality and diversity in workplace is very important topic in order to promote
equality and diversity management in different companies and organisations.
 Currently most successful businesses are completely aware about the impact of
equality and diversity management, and this the main reason that they are
following the concept of equality and diversity management in their workplace.
 The topic “Diversity Inclusion and the Gender Pay Gap at workplace” is also the

 To analyse the impacts of diversity inclusion and the gender pay gap towards promoting
of equality and diversity in the workplace. A case study on BBC UK.

 To analyse influence of equality and diversity management on the all over growth of an
organisation.
 For identifying different challenges which faced by the management while implementing
the concept of equality and diversity in workplace.

Research Methodology
 Research Type
 Qualitative method and quantitative method are two major methods of
research. Basically, qualitative method of research helps in gaining
data through conducting interview sessions, observation, books
&journals, articles etc.
 On the other side, quantitative method of research helps in gaining or
collecting data through numbers and statistics.
 In the existing research project, the qualitative research method has
used, because this method gives opportunity to conduct different
interview sessions for asking questions from people.

Research Findings/Outcomes
 It has analysed that diversity in the workplace plays significant role in the
company because it supports to create creative and innovative working
environment that keeps diversified workforce highly competent and encourages
them to put more efforts in their working so that productive outcomes can be
received by organization. Equal gender pay gap is another stimulant factor that
also plays vital role in promoting diversity in the company.
 It also promotes female staff to explore new ideas and thoughts in the workplace
through which company can gain productive outcomes.
 It can be analysed by 1st theme that diversity inclusion is important for the
business because it helps in gaining competitive advantage and improves
commitment ability of the company.

Conclusion and Recommendations
 On the basis of above findings, it can be concluded that top-level management of
each company or venture have to take steps towards considering equality and
diversity within its workplace.
 This is really important step to an organisation for gaining appropriate outcomes
in this dynamic and highly competitive market place.
 Basically, equality and diversity management help businesses for gaining an
effective workforce, because when venture provides equal growth opportunities
to employee, then employees will be motivated to work hard in the workplace.
 This is the main reason that equality and diversity management is very essential
for all over growth of an organisation.
