Aim and objectives
Aim:
 To analyse the impacts of diversity inclusion and the gender pay gap towards promoting
of equality and diversity in the workplace. A case study on BBC UK.
Objectives:
 To analyse how ‘gender pay gap’ affects performance of employees in workplace.
 To analyse influence of equality and diversity management on the all over growth of an
organisation.
 For identifying different challenges which faced by the management while implementing
the concept of equality and diversity in workplace.
 To provide appropriate strategies to systematically include quality and diversity
management in daily operations of an organisation.
