According to Prescott (2016) quality and diversity management is very beneficial in the
terms of improving performance of an organisation. Currently most ventures in market place
tries to implement these both aspects equality and diversity within their workplace. Basically,
equality and diversity management help to employees of an organisation to achieve appropriate
growth opportunities in workplace. Many times, employees not achieve great growth
opportunities due to lack of the management of equality and diversity management. said that,
top-level management of a company have to understand one thing that, higher performance and
productivity is everything to for an organisation, because there is huge competition in each sector
or industry. In this situation, taking steps towards the management of equality and diversity is the
most favourable thing to an organisation. Currently most people or employees are completely
aware about the impact of equality and diversity management. In this situation, they always like
to work only in such workplaces where top-level management has already taken steps towards
managing equality and diversity management. Basically, when the management of a business
properly manages equality and diversity in workplace, then workers and employees of that
business feel valued by the management of company. After this, they will be motivated to work
hard in the work place, so that the productivity and performance of organisation will be
automatically improved due to very hard work of all employees.

abdicative & deductive. In exiting research project work, the inductive research design will be
used for collecting different data, and also can be used for increasing productivity of BBC UK.
Research Sampling
Non-probably and probably are two main method of sampling, but the method of random
sampling will be used in this project work. This method can be enabled in taking interview of 30
random employees and workers of BBC UK.
Data Collection
Primary method and secondary, these both methods of data collection will be used in
present project work, because the primary data collection method helps in gaining data through
interview sessions, meeting and observation (Utoft, 2020). On the other side, the secondary data
collection method helps in collecting data through articles, internet, blogs, newspapers, books
and journals etc.
Data Analysis
Statistical and thematic, both are two major and productive method of data analysis, in
which only thematic method will be used in present research work, because this thematic method
contributes in analysing data through diving all collected data into different themes.

Research ethics will be fully considered while completely this research project work. For
