management practices not only enhance overall performance of employees but also facilitate
company to enhance productivity of organisation. It is essential for an organisation to determine
need and capabilities of employees and further provide them continuous training and
development sessions. With the help of this company cannot only in hand satisfaction level of
workers but can also retain them for longer period of time. There are number of challenges that

Reflection & Recommendation of alternative research methodology
Reflection
During this research analysis I faced number of positive and negative experiences. These
experiences help me to evaluate my performance during this research evaluation. It has been
identified by me that in order to conduct research in effective manner I have to acquire data from
credible and authenticate sources. For this primary and secondary method of data collection has
been undertaken by me, from which I have acquired data from sources like questionnaire,
journal, magazine, articles and other sources. It helps me in conducting research ineffective
manner. However during this process I faced challenges in terms of understanding viewpoint of
respondents due to my week communication skills. Along with this I also faced many
unanswered question and aggressive behaviour of respondents. I have developed my
communication skill while conducting this research which is most effective advantage for me.
Along with this with the help of my effective critical thinking skill accomplish data analysis in
appropriate manner. However due to my week time management I faced challenges to conduct
activities in proper framework of time. With the help of proper time management I accomplished
each and every activity in adequate time. It has been identified by me that this research allowed
me to enhance my personal and professional skills that enhance my future growth opportunity.
With the help of this research analysis I have enhanced my number of skills that further allowed
me to conduct future research in more effective manner.
Furthermore it has been identified by me that I have faced some challenges in data collection
and analysis in order to effectively meet research project objectives. In order to collect data I
have to determine the information from different type of sources in order to select most
appropriate source to collect data and information, in order to accomplish research objectives in
more effective manner. However with the help of my critical thinking I acquired data in time
effective manner through which successful outcome of research is assured.
Recommendation of alternative research methodology
Present research analysis has been conducted with the help of primary data analysis
method in which questionnaire has been developed. However this research can be conducted
with the help of alternate research methodology which is interview. The outcome of research

from both of the method will be same. However it has been identified that interview is more time
taken and costly is comparatively to questionnaire. Thus, in order to conduct present research
analysis questionnaire is being undertaken by me.
Furthermore in order to conduct this research inductive approach can be undertaken through
which research can be conducted in effective manner. While in terms with alternative data
collection method with the help of only secondary research investigator can acquire data from
different size of sources. However in order to conduct present research primary and secondary
data has been undertaken by investigator, as it effectively allow researchers to acquire data from
wide range of services that help investigator to conduct in depth evaluation of objectives with the
help of road data and information from wide range of sources.
