discrimination from a long time that has created many negative implications and financial claims on it.
Gender discrimination is associated with high level of partiality and favouritism on the basis of sex and
gender of an individual that hamper the overall performance and efficiency level of employees of Tesco
(Berrey, Nelson and Nielsen, 2017).

As per the opinion of Lisa Martin, 2019, the level of gender discrimination and employees pay gap is
increasing with a rapid seed. The gender pay gap basically measures the difference between the average
