This research project focuses on evaluating the impact of talent management in raising performance level through a case study on Marks and Spencer. It aims to understand the importance of talent management, analyze its effect within a firm, and recommend effective strategies. The research questions revolve around the importance and key factors of talent management, its influence in the workplace, and how it can improve performance and strategic processes. The research will follow a qualitative approach, focusing on inductive research methodology. Primary and secondary data collection methods will be used, and thematic data analysis will be conducted. The research will involve adult participants who will be recruited randomly and will provide informed consent. The data will be stored securely and kept for a month in electronic format. Ethical considerations, such as informed consent and confidentiality, will be addressed.
