It is recommended to Sainsbury HR manager to provide regular training and
development opportunities to employees with the help of employee development
plan. HR manager is also recommended to make sure that compliance with all norms
and ethical conservationist are being conducted in order to implement talent
management practices in effective manner.
Furthermore, HR manager is also recommended to have proper check and evaluation
of employee performance in order to determine their performance level it will help
HR manager to enhance their productivity through which they can enhance overall
productivity of organisation on simultaneous basis.

As per the above mentioned research knowledge as it has been
concluded that talent management played a central role for
organisational growth and development. With the help of
various form of talent management practices HR manager can
conduct operations related to recruiting, managing and
developing employees within organisational workplace
structure in an effective manner.
