management frameworks help them to attract, acquire and retain talented employees at
workplace. It is important for a business entity to make use of talent management strategies and
frameworks so that it can improve its performance and profitability (Altememi and
Almashhadain, 2020). Moreover, it is required to satisfy employees timely and properly in order

rewards is one of the crucial method that is used by company in order to retain talent and
enhance efficiency as well as profitability in an appropriate manner.

REFLECTION & RECOMMENDATION OF ALTERNATIVE RESEARCH
METHODOLOGY
While conducting the research, I have been going through various situations where I got
confused to select which kind of methods is used for collecting data. In addition to this, I also
faced issues associated to the topic as talent management is a wider concept that is not being
investigated within short time period. It is determined that there are various skills that I gained
such as data analysis, data interpretations, time management, communication skill and many
more. One of the major issues faced is collection of data as people are not taking interest in order
to respond to the questions due to which appropriate and valid conclusion cannot be drawn.
With the help of my effective interaction skills and convince skills, I am able to make people
give answers and fill questionnaire in a proper manner. During the research, I have issue about
the time management and how to complete the research on given time. However, with the help of
Gantt chart, each and every activity is scheduled properly and study is completed on time.
Whenever I get into issue, I reach my mentors and tutors so that I can clarify my own queries on
time. All this help me in developing out favorable outcome and finished this investigation
according to the given timeframe. It will also help me to conduct future research in a systematic
and proper manner.
Alternative Research Methodology
For every investigator, it is complex to choose one appropriate resource methods in order
to get favorable outcomes. It is determined that there are various data collection methods that can
be used by researcher for collecting detailed information from participants. Survey can be
considered as an alternative research methodology for the present research as it would assist in
collecting as well as analyzing information within short span time period. However,
questionnaire research method is effective and the reason for choosing this is it help in gaining
understanding about viewpoints of others on particular topic and also take less time of
researcher. Survey is a kind of similar to questionnaire and is also consume less time so that it
can be consider as an alternative research methodology.
