effectively. Frequency distribution analysis and thematic analysis are used for evaluating data

Background of the study
Global talent management introduces to the use of human resource actions to retain
talented employees for longer time period (Kynighou, 2020). The present research report is
based on analysing the best practises that are part of global talent management strategy and it
overall impact on business performance of multinational organisations. This study is based on
making evaluation of the importance of basic understand of the global talent management
process and with this it will assist in ascertainment of the basic challenges that are faced by Rolls

developing, retaining and motivating employees so that performance of business increased on
global scale. It is emerging and highly visible in management practices of Multinational
Companies. Global Talent management is responsible to maintain employment relationship and
reduce the conflicts with in Organisation. It is a part of Human resource management in a
Companies. Global talent management helps in attracting top talents by fulfilling their needs and
requirements. They focus on motivating workers for making them stay in Organisation. If staff
members are highly motivated and satisfy with their firm they give their best in achieving its
goals and objectives. The employees contribute their efforts in increasing growth and expanding
business in International Market. The global talent management attracts people by standing out
different from its Competitors. They also keep their focus on increasing brand image of
Company across business units and different regions.
