Topic: To investigate the impact of cultural diversity at work place pertaining to improving the
organizational performances in respect of automobile sector.
INTRODUCTION
Equality refers to giving equivalent opportunity to the employees to present their views
and ideas in the business. Diversity is undertaken in respect of differentiating the people or group
to bring innovative ideas at work place. Thus, it is necessary that companies must carry the
equality and diversity in better way. Present research is based upon the topic related to cultural
diversity which indicates that the diversity of culture or societies which can be based on
language, religion or region and thus, it raises positive and negative impact upon the business
(Vlahovᵃ, Mišićᵇ and Radujkovića, 2016). This report is based upon the Rolls Royce motor car,
which is the luxury automobile maker company founded in 1998. This report will cover the
matters relating to aim and objectives of this research and also the data is presented through
Gantt chart. It also carries various methods and then interpreting the data to provide accurate
results.
P 1 Aims and objectives
Overview: Rolls Royce motor carries the renowned brand name in market relating to carrying
the logo and innovative design which attract the interest of the customer towards the products for
longer way. They deal in the undertaking the licence of BMW and promote the products through
their own brand name. At present, they are engaged with around 1300 employees carrying the
business and also such employees are belonged to different culture and background which bring
innovative ideas at work place.
Aim: To identify the impact of cultural diversity in context of managing the organizational
performances with reference to automobile sector: A study on Rolls Royce.
Objectives:
To understand the concept of the cultural diversity at work place.
To investigate the benefits which pertained through managing the cultural diversity in the
business.
To assess the challenges faced by organization regarding managing the cultural diversity
at work place.

To recommend the best ways related to cultural diversity which is adapted by Rolls
Royce in respect of improving organization performances at longer way.
Research question:
1. What is the meaning of cultural diversity?
2. How the benefits of the cultural diversity results in managing the performances of the
organization?
3. What are the challenges faced by the organization regarding managing the cultural
diversity at work place?
P 2 Project management plan
It is mainly formulated in respect of undertaking the accurate planning to execute the plan
and monitor and control the overall activity which resulting in providing the base of the research
(Ozuem and Sarsby, 2017). It carries the following aspects such as: Cost: In respect of accomplishing the research, the budget is to be set in respect of
stationary used or system or laptop is to be carried to save the information which is
collected during the time of research. In this, the actual budget which is set to complete
the research is £350. Scope: In respect of competing the research, this is useful to the corporate and academic
person to use the research in their own research. As the strategies which is used in
presenting the information helps the companies and authors to bring changes in their
working style and also they gain more crucial information (Turner, 2016). Time: To complete the project, particular time is set so that every activity is given
sufficient time to complete the project and gather relevant information (Okoro, 2016). To
present the research relating to the project initiation till the completion date, it is
presented through the Gantt chart which is prepared for the 12 weeks. Quality: It is necessary in the research that quality is to be maintained in respect of
presenting the information or collecting the data from the relevant sources. Thus, in this
research, data is collected from the secondary sources and also presented in right manner.
It is also stated that once the aim and objectives are prepared, it further refers to the tutor
for cross-checking the data collected and also make changes within the stipulated time
period.

Communication: In respect of conducting the research, it is necessary that
communication is to be done with the participant regrading conducting interview or
raising questionnaire. Through this manner, accurate information about the research is to
be disclosed to them. Risk: During the research, the risk faced in respect of time boundation. As every activity
carries adequate time to carry the research, thus issues faced in respect of not giving
stipulated time to carry detailed research (Meredith, Mantel Jr and Shafer, 2017). The
another risk which is faced is relating to resources as due to lack of resources, relevant
data is not captured as it required accurate resources to manage the information.
Resources: In this research, resources are used in respect of human resources, stationary,
technical equipment and most important is cost budget to carry the research work in right
manner.
