The different kinds of teams are formed as per need and task requirement of organisation.

Project Team- It is defined as team which has developed with motive of completing

System Leadership Theory. They are described below:
Path Goal Theory
This theory was founded by Robert House which focus on application of leadership style
that is based on current situation of business (Path-Goal Leadership Theory, 2015.). This theory
provide path to business so that they can work and accomplish goal and objectives of
organisation in an effective and efficient manner. It is classified into three main elements which
are described below:
Employee Characteristics- The employees working in BBC interpret behaviour of
leaders on basis of needs like affiliation, degree of structure, perceived level of ability and
desired for control. For example, employees working in respective organisation are provided
with more structure then they became less motivated (Tam and Gray, 2016). It is very important
to understand their employees in order to motivate them in best possible manner.

For instance, if any work is not clear then leader has to provide support and guidance to
their working force so that they can perform in proper manner. The respective
organisation requires work to be designed on prior basis. Formal Authority System- The employees working in BBC are provided with clear goals
and control by their leaders in order to perform work in an effective and efficient manner.
 Work Group- Whenever team is not supportive then leaders of BBC should be
cohesiveness, enthusiasm, devotion to their team members in an effective and efficient
way. As each and every members has to work in group so that they can attain goal and
objectives in given time period.
Leadership Behaviour or Style-The behaviour of leadership is based on two factors
such as consideration and initiating structure . In case of consideration, they have to maintain
relationship behaviours like trust and respect and initiating structure includes task behaviours
which is possible through organising, seeing and scheduling work to be completed. Similarly,
leadership style are categorised into four aspects such as: Directive- In this style, leader of BBC informs their followers to follow them regarding
how to perform task, what to do, coordinating them. This is effective when employees are
unaware about their tasks to be performed. Supportive- In this leadership style, leader of respective organisation make pleasant work
environment for their employees being approachable and friendly. Participative- The leader of BBC wants their employees to participate in each and every
work assigned to them in best manner (Wong, Mahmud and Omar, 2015). This is
effective when subordinates involves and trained in their work.
 Achievement- In this leadership style, leader set challenging work for their followers in
order to build their confidence, ability and so on.
The respective organisation adopt participative leadership style at business to make their
employees to participate in various activities and operations.
