Many Business are having high opportunities to make their operation at global level and
shows there brand in international market. The market is very dynamic and consumers demand
are high which for some products across the country’s borders. They have huge opportunities to
expand their business and make it at global level. While there are many challenges which are
faced by them during expansion (Yadav, Kumar and Sonawaney, 2020). The strategies which are
created are sometime fails and can be improvise through market analyze. This report shows same

time to time and need to update by company according to new technology and legal factors that
are changing and may affect the company (Selvasankar, 2020). The business environment are
internal and external factors that affect the company operation in home country as well as at
international boundaries. The internal factors can be control by company by analyze future
opportunities and threat that can be affected. The external factor which are not in control under
the company and affect due to uncertainty occur at any time. The external factor can be analyze
through PESTLE:
Political factor: As company is operating in different countries which have their own
political conditions in each countries. Each country has different rules and regulation created by
political parties. Whenever, there is a change in political parties in country, they bring up with
new methods of working for foreign companies to operate in. this factor affects the Jaguar Land
