Introduction
Talent management is a process which is helpful in attracting, hiring as well as retaining
employee with in organisation. Purpose of talent management is to increase the performance
of employees by motivating them. Chosen company for this presentation in Holiday Inn.
Founder of Holiday in company is Kemmons Wilson and its headquarter is established in
Denham, United Kingdom. This presentation includes different ways of data collection and
analysing business.

Research aim
 “To analyse the contribution of line manager and leader in talent management as well as
development of an organisation.” A case study on Holiday Inn hotel.

Conclusion
From the above study it can be concluded that, talent management plays a vital role in
managing crucial resources and employees of organisation. Talent management is significant
for improving the quality of services offered by hospitality industry. It basically help in
enhancing the performance and productivity of employees in order to achieve set goals.
