There are number of research methodologies that can be utilized in the study. Other
methods that could be used for collecting crucial information is though interview. It is an
effective method for gathering data from individuals by asking certain questions that are related
to the research study. It helps to measure the attitudes, behaviours, preferences as well as
intension of large number of interviewee. The method was not used in the study because it is
relatively time consuming and cost consuming method which is not possible to consider. A
random sampling method can be used in the study for selection of individuals. In this method
each individual has equal probability of getting selected. It is an unbiased method of selecting
individual.
Lessons learned from the outcome is that questionnaire method which is used for
collecting data was quite appropriate as it brings accuracy in results and it is relatively cheaper
and quicker method which is beneficial for the study. As well as random sampling method is
most accurate method because it doesn't consist of any kind of discrimination between
individuals and easiest method to select respondents for the study.
CONCLUSION
From the above study it can be concluded that, talent management plays a vital role in
managing crucial resources and employees of organisation. Talent management is significant for
