This research project focuses on the importance of talent management strategies in the service industry, specifically in the case of Travelodge UK. It examines the effect of talent management strategies on the performance level of staff and explores the challenges faced by Travelodge in implementing an effective talent management strategy. The project aims to compare different talent management strategies in the hospitality industry and evaluate their impact on existing employees. The project management plan includes a work breakdown structure and Gantt chart, and the research will utilize qualitative methods of data collection.
