INTRODUCTION
The term “Talent management” can be considered as something, which is specifically full
of consideration within the HR processes that helps a business organisation in attracting,
developing, motivating along with retaining number of employees so that company could
effectively reach to success. Including this, it is said that talent is specifically being considered as
skill at present within the business organisations, which helps in meeting different range of goals
and objectives in specified time frame. It has been found that, for every single business
organisation it requires to make modifications so that appropriate changes can be made. Talent
management specifically focuses on human capital of a company and helps in planning the
different range of needs that an individual may carry while performing number of tasks at
workplace. Including this, it is said that there are number of working style that staff members at
workplace, may consider and it is essential for ample number of individuals to make
determinations and adopt all the alterations in efficient time frame. It is much needed for
company's HR management to consider talent as one of the crucial element that would lead to hit
targets of the company (Clark, 2016).
Also, it is much needed for firm to properly fulfil the needs of a employees as well, so
that they could effectively motivate staff and may also aid business organisations in hitting new
targets. Away with this, if it is talked about this research, then the company that has been taken
into consideration is Travelodge UK. This is said to be one of the crucial travel company that
offers travellers with different accommodation related services, which could be anything from
guided holidays to over 200 destinations worldwide. This is said to be one of the, which runs and
manages to offer customers with services . This was found in the year of 1985 and at present
company is having it's offices among different countries like United Kingdom, Ireland and Spain
and operates guided tours across six continents. Including this, Travelodge mainly focuses on
different elements like offering travellers with proper guidance with the local experts that guides
and offers a variety of hotel service related options for couples, individuals, families and the
groups as well.
