INTRODUCTION
Support worker is one of the most important term which is used to improve support
health services in working environment (Knott, and Scragg, 2016). This report is based on skills
for care used in internal surroundings and help to increase growth rate in market. Further, it
covered management in the development of non- direct care worker. In this report is based on
some act which is used in health care and assist worker.

P1. Role of non- direct care workers
In social care working environment is to be focus on some most important role, which is
used in internal working environment. On the other hand, such kind of role is help to improve
future development rate. In this way, some role of non- direct care worker are as follows:-
 Administrate: - Social care worker means to control the basic activity in interior on the

communication both is most important for judgement and listening skills is help to listen
properly any problem.
 Securities staff: - In this context, system is hire new securities staff to solve problem and

such kind of staff (Baldwin and et.al 2016.). This is part of communication to improve
performance level in inside organization and it inculcated dress perseveration is most
important for such staff.

P2. Interpersonal skills for non- direct care worker

In this context, non – direct care worker is help to do work in a team and increase the
level of performance in market. On the other hand, follow hygiene product and process is to be
used in working environment. It is help to manage the growth rate and other factor to improve

cleanses in inside work place, it is give positive impact on carrying into action and growth rate in
market (Webber and et.al 2015). Furtherer, it covered use appropriate personal equipotential in
inside organisation. It is assist to better internal and external working environment. On the other

followed in working environment. Some most important role are as follows:-

P4. Role of worker and maintain health, safety and security
Organisation is to be focus on health and social care is most important factor and manage
growth rate in working environment. On the other hand, proper safety is help to increase the
level of productivity inside administration. Health, safety and securities is one of the most
important part and mage the growth rate in market. Further, it covered some law which is use at
the time of production and provide safety. Law is one of the most important part and manage
growth rate in market and make some changes as per the law in market.

market demand (Curry,. and Abrams, 2015). On the other hand, maintained securities is to be
focus on use ID cards to entry and exit for any person at the time of production. It is help to
provide safety at the case of production and another factor in work place. Health environment is
help to motivate each and every employees about the work, securities is help to focus on provide
safety and safety working environment is managed overall carrying into action in market. This is
help to focus on some most important act, which is used in working environment are as
follows :-

environment.
 Food safety act 1990 :- In this act is to be focus on hat the food you serve or sell is of the
nature, substance or quality which consumers would expect.
P5. Supervision and management in the development of non-direct care workers
Health sector is to be focus on supervision and management is one of the most important
part in working environment. It is help to manage work performance and growth rate in market.
On the other hand, supervision is help to guide about the work, row material should be used and
securities etc. with the help of proper supervision is help to guide each and every working
environment and help to improve productivity in work place (Turner‐Daly. and Jack 2017). In
