INTRODUCTION
Hospitality management is overseeing the management' tasks of resort of hotels. There is
broad category of fields within the service industry which might be included food, drink and
lodging services, event planning, transportation and theme park etc. The role of hospitality
industry from long term history development and also in field of hospitality provision
(Konovalova And et.al.,2018). The Savoy hotel is luxury hotel and it was the first Savoy groups
hotel and restaurant owned by Carte's family over a century. As the Savoy was the first luxury
hotel in Britain, introducing electric lights, building, electric lifts, bathe room with luxury
products, furnished rooms, constant hot and cold running water and also many more other new
innovations. The hotel has also become the most successful venture brands with having Savoy
Orphans and Havana band which has become famous and other entertainers. This report explain
about key benefits of professional development for various stakeholder and being professional
employee skills and competences. Furthermore, also assess about abilities, skills and
competences for job role along with their range of approaches development and learning
theories. This report evaluate development plan for enhancing the skills and competencies, job
interview along with their strengths and weaknesses of applied interview process.

The key benefits of ongoing professional developments for having their various
stakeholder within the Savoy hotels. Hence, there is no doubt that Savoy hotels has many
stakeholders. Here are some different stakeholder in the organization:
Stakeholder means groups or individual who depend on an organization for fulfilling
their own goals and whom can easily turn the organization depend on for their own huge amount
of profits. They are various types such as employee, owners, contractor, suppliers and customer
which are might be related or nearby located (Baum, 2019). There can be two types of

example, customer, creditors, suppliers and employees. Secondary stakeholder as they are not
engaged in direct economic with their business and affect their own actions, for example,
business group support, media, communities and public.
Employee as stakeholder:-
The first key that is might be more important in organization for their running business.
In Savoy hotels employee can have more great benefits from ongoing professional developments
along with that more benefits for their organization and also to them for having more
satisfaction. While with working in ongoing professional that make employee satisfied and
highly working productive most of the time and through which something can be more love to
cherish towards their employees. Moreover, ongoing professional development also helps in
employee for making their CV values and also help them to search more jobs in the future.

people along with their hotel staff encounter every day as each have queries or any other
problems. Communication skills need to be more improve through they can their more growth
and make their organization to be well-developed. That could also be seems to work with their
more efficiency work and that might be more useful for employee in future aspects.
Time management:-
Timely manner in Savoy hotels must be followed and all the aspects should be run
smoothly without having any conflicts. For example, some customer cannot wait for room. As
room which they have given must be cleaned before only after occupants. In this case almost
guarantee that the hotel would receive a bad review (Sousa and Rocha, 2019). So in the hotels
time management must be perfect through which they can make their more customer and also
give them the best experience for visiting their hotel. Managing time for very thing seems to be
more important while by managing time that could easier for completing work on time and
making work more in effective manner.
Flexibility:-
In the Savoy Hotel not only working long and working with more difficult shifts, as they
are required to work during their holidays. For example, Christmas or New year, the most
printable time for hotels in gaining their more profits in business. So staff must remain flexible
with their personal issue plans for ensuring that they can work when they are needed during the
hard time. There are also benefits for employee while working in difficult shifts. Savoy hotels
provides their employee incentives such as bonuses, extra holidays or trip with their families.

developed through which I can attend higher interview without having any attraction from some
other sources. I was very happy that I was giving interview at well reputed organization, and I
was quite that my strength are lacking more to match my profile. Weakness I have faced that
communication skills through I have lacking behind that I cannot compete with my manager
while at time of interview. Challenges I have faced that I was on time but the interview was
taken late, and they are observing the patience level of employee. It seems that how should I will
face mu issues and whether I will get selected or not at this interview. How question they will
ask and how much I can reply. While by looking to some other employee I was thinking that my
skills are lacking behind and at that time I have decided that I need to make their more developed
while by taking many online classes and working in team. I was also thinking about their
judgement it could be good or bad. How they will think that what I have answered at time of
interview process that could help me or not when I started my work. At time of facing
interviewer I was thinking how should I will answer their question because they are so
professional and I need to give my answer in such professional ways only. It could be easier for
me to known about the professionalism and that could also keep me support for attending my
next interview. I was quite thinking about that how I will face the manager or some other who
will asked me question about any things and that could be help me for taking further process. I
wanted to be really clever and it could be also seems that I can pass the interview while by taking
more advantage through which I can easily develop my more skills. While taking more skills that
could also keep me more maintained and further also help me for developing some other skills

developed. Organization need to make their employee well skilled and I have thought that I

which type of question they are going to ask me and how should I will face them with my
answer. While by looking around I was become little frustrated. After sometime when I got
chance for interview I was feeling happy that I got selected at the position where I want to be
