Some of the question company raise in the business before implement any event activity on that this will be improving customer services and management function related to the company with a motive to get team closer together and also to facilitates the decision-making process of the organisation or event before starting the activities related to that event .There is a need to develop the plan for the participants to meet the ir needs and set with the overall objective of the organisation. So there is a need to tailor the training planning to each new client. Steps includes before starts any training program identifying and setting objectives is that what is the purpose of thistraining.By knowing your audiences to cater them an appropriate training. The below report is based on the companyThe Brent Adult and Community Education Services(BACES) who introduce their new computer literacy course in accessibility for web navigation by introducing screen reader software and magnifiers event for visually impaired people. Report will cover communication style that effectively design and deliver a training event. Task 1 P1Using different communication styles and formats, that you can effectively design and deliver a training event for a given target audience. There are different style of communications and format which are using in the phase of any activity which relates with the training program,being assertive will mean respecting the other by taking care of itself.(Ceruso and et. al., 2019)This approach of communication deals with the ability to express your thoughts and feelings by rely with honesty and direct interactive approach.
